CNC High Precision Centerless Grinder Machine GD-12 main body and nine major components are made of Meehanite high-grade cast iron FC-30 at one time. After artificial normalization heat treatment, and then natural aging treatment. Nine components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other equipment in one clamping process. The precision size can reach the micron level, ensuring the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

The original Taiwan spindle is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel. After quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, the surface hardness reaches above HRC-62°, and the effective hardened layer on one side reaches above 1.5mm. The spindle adopts dynamic Oil film spindle.
