QD560 5-axis CNC tool grinder

QD560 5-axis CNC tool grinder is made for the IT, automotive industry, aerospace industry, medical industry, and other metal grinding tools industries.

It is a high-precision and efficient tool grinding center with excellent performance at non-standard tools. And it is suitable for the production or grinding of milling tools, drilling tools, dental surgery tools, forming tools, etc.

The machine can be optionally equipped with a 3-axis automatic loading system, anti-collision system, accurate clamping and high accuracy holder for workpiece.

Machine Body

Fuselage bases (X carrier, Y carrier, Z carrier, and Z column)are all made of natural granite with excellent thermal stability and vibration absorption,3-coordibate granite bases adopt high-precision grinding processing technology.

Linear axis X, Y, and Z adopt ball screw linear guide drive.

Rotation spindle A-axis and C-axis adopt powerful direct-drive conversion.

Double grinding spindle head(C-axis)

Equipped with 11KW high powerful precision direct drive grinding head.

Double grinding spindle head can be installed with 4-8 pieces of flange grinding wheels.

It can satisfy the technical requirement that one-time complete clamping and grinding of the front, back, and end face of the tool.

The workpiece spindle(A-axis)

The rotation spindle A-axis adopts direct-drive conversion, bearing is NSK precision spindle bearing, equipped with Taiwan’s W25 precision cylinder clamp which matches with the SCHAUBLIN precision chuck.

The workpiece is clamped by a pneumatic.

Optional loading

The machine is equipped Nachi robotic arm. The automatic loading and unloading robot system can realize full-automatic production for 24 hours
