Machine Introduction

QD516S CNC laser grinder is a cost-effective laser processing machine,it is suitable for grinding or regrinding various types of superhard material cutting tools, such as PCD, MCD, CBN, etc., and can grind and regrind the turning tools and milling discs tools of welding forming.
Maximum machinable tool size: 0- φ200, length 200mm.
Using laser as the machining medium for cutting, combined with 5-axis linkage control, has high machining accuracy, stable machining, and machining efficiency more than 5 times higher than traditional machining.

1. Bed structure: The main bed column is made of marble, which has high rigidity and high stability.
2. Whole machine sheet metal: The machine tool adopts an integral closed sheet metal, with plexiglass door and automatic door lock.
3. Control system: Gogo five-link system;
4. Moving parts: The linear axis X and Y are driven by linear motors, and the vertical axis Z is driven by servo motors. The precision screw is equipped with a linear grating ruler for full closed-loop control.
5. Whole machine lubrication: All moving parts, ball screws, linear guides, etc. are all centrally lubricated by constant pressure automatic lubrication systems.
6. Electronic control unit: It adopts an external constant temperature control cabinet, equipped with cabinet air conditioners, front CNC consoles and monitoring displays. The design is reasonable and meets the standards of ergonomics and national safety management.
