All iron casting of this machine are made of spheroidal graphite cast iron (FCD-45) to ensure accuracy and increase wear resistance;

All the adjustment rods are carefully arranged to easily adjust the cutting angle, back clearance angle, tooth depth and pitch, so the saw blade can be sharpened quickly and accurately;

Used stepless belt pulley, the required speed can be adjusted with the changes of pitch;

The wheel head can swing up and down, can easy grind the chamfer without changing the grinding wheel;

The thickness of the saw blade can be easily adjusted, there is a scale that directly shows the thickness of the adjustment;

The transmission part is driven by the grinding wheel motor and the structure helps to achieve a reliable and safe drive;

The end of the feed gripper has ultra-hard tungsten carbide, that minimizes the wear and achieves precise feeding;

Select the guide wheel according to the number of teeth;

Can grind triangular and circle-arc teeth;

Saw blade grinding base can be customized for grinding minimum diameter 40mm.

GD-450Q Automatic circular saw blade grinding machine can sharpen the circular saw blades (dia.100~450mm, thickness 8mm) and other cutting tools. This machine is mainly for HSS saw blade grinding, but also capable of carbide tipped saw blade grinding (customized grinding wheel required).
